The Course Curriculum

Educating others on the correct method and techniques to perform Yoga has been a growing movement in recent times. By enrolling in a 200hr yoga teacher certification course you’ll walk away equipped with an understanding of yoga teachings that will allow you to build upon your pre-existing knowledge of the extremely popular craft. After the successful completion of our 200hrs curriculum, all participants shall be awarded with a Certificate from our School. Then you are eligible to apply for a Certificate from Yoga Alliance®, USA, for a designation of RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher at 200hrs level). Kindy read below course details.


The Yoga posture practice is scheduled for morning and evening sessions every day. The morning session contains a few hours of hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa sessions for the evening. To do a precision, unique belt props are used for adjusting the positions. All the queries about the adjustment are handled by our guru/lead teachers to help you. This session shall be held early morning for about 60 minutes, six days a week.

This session will allow you to learn more about the exact positions of the asana. This session is intended to help beginners to learn the importance of the art of adjustment and alignment of asana. This session is held in the afternoon for about 60 minutes, six days a week.

Yoga Teacher Trainees will be taught chanting and practice of ‘yogic’ mantras at the start and the end of the yoga sessions for 30 mins, three days /week. Also, we shall provide you with the knowledge and steps to purify and balance the working of our body chakras.

This is a crucial section of the Yoga training program during this 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in India. This session will allow you to recognize the control of prana or the subtle energy that will support the control of mind. This session is held early morning for about 30 minutes, six days a week.

Meditation practice is an essential part of learning yoga. Meditation enables you to go beyond the wilderness of an ordinary mind and leave you with a feeling of complete peace in life. This session is held early morning for about 30 minutes, six days a week.

Our 200hr yoga teacher training in Rishikesh also includes a philosophical session in the week. It is designed to gain knowledge on history and philosophy of yoga with spirituality. This session is held early morning for about 30 minutes, six days a week.

The 200hr Teacher Training Program also includes a session to learn about the anatomy of the body about movement. This session is held early morning for about 90 minutes, six days a week.

We would focus on principles of demonstration, observation, assisting, and correcting yoga asana according to time, place, and situation. We would guide you through creative and effective sequencing asana, yoga theme, and business of yoga in the course of which you would learn to magnify the people through your communication skills, time management, and quality.

All classes are mandatory and only in case of an emergency or illness; one can take leave with respective teacher’s approval. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted, and this shall affect the overall review of trainee’s monthly performance.
